A Normal Morning Routine
My mornings are simple, nothing fancy, but they belong to me. This Morning Routine starts around 6 am when I wake up and pray to God. That small prayer sets the tone for the day. After that, thoughts begin to flow—some are stories from my imagination, some are memories of yesterday, and some are challenges waiting for me today.
Meditation in My Morning Routine
I try to meditate, though “try” is the right word here. For me, meditation is not about keeping the mind blank. I have tried that and failed. Instead, I use meditation as a way to think clearly. I let my mind explore worries, fears, and hurts, but also wander into imagination, which has always been my comfort. To me, meditation means putting heart and mind into something honestly.
Living as an Overthinker
This Morning Routine is the routine of an overthinker. Thoughts take up most of my morning, but they also help me face life one day at a time. Anxiety is part of me, but so is the effort to live with it. Each morning becomes a quiet practice of balancing imagination, prayer, and reflection.
One Day at a Time
This is my way of starting the day—not perfect, not extraordinary, but real. It reminds me that life is about small steps, about trying again, and about finding peace in the middle of noise. My Morning Routine is my anchor, helping me move gently through life.
