Living With Many Fears
Life brings many small fears. Some I have overcome, and some I still carry. As an overthinker, fear often walks beside me. It makes even simple choices heavy. But if I had to choose one fear that shaped me, it was the fear of my next step in life. At that moment, I realized the importance of Choosing Happiness over stability.
I stood at a crossroads. One path offered a stable job, the other promised joy but looked uncertain. Stability felt safe, yet my heart longed for peace.
Choosing Happiness Over Stability
Since childhood, I lived according to others’ expectations. It made me fake, exhausted, and angry. My graduation years were painful, filled with anxiety and soul-crushing studies. I did not know a single day without fear or pain.
At that time, I decided to part ways from that career. Doubts followed me, and my anxiety made the journey harder. Yet, looking back, I see it was worth it. Every fear, every uncertain step, led me closer to myself. The act of Choosing Happiness gave me peace of mind and a chance to breathe freely.
Finding Myself Through Choosing Happiness
I was once broken, hurting others with sharp edges. Now I am learning to soften those edges. I am trying to know myself, to love myself, and to live with peace. Overcoming fear did not mean becoming fearless—it meant choosing myself, even when doubt was loud. And in that choice, I found the courage to keep moving forward.
Today, I see fear differently. It is not always an enemy; sometimes it is a teacher. It showed me the value of listening to my heart. And in the end, Choosing Happiness became the bravest step I could take.
