Positive Change in Decisions
One of the most important changes I’ve made in my life is learning to stop doubting my own decisions. For years, I struggled with fear, overthinking, and anxiety. I often questioned whether I was on the right path, especially after choosing to change my career direction. My family didn’t always understand, and their questions made me second-guess myself. But deep inside, I knew the path they wanted for me wasn’t mine. This was my first real step toward Positive Change.
Facing Darkness and Finding Light
Life tested me with depression—twice. The second time nearly cost me everything. Losing my grandpa shook me deeply, and there were days I felt like waiting for my own end. Yet, something shifted. Call it God’s blessing or my grandpa’s unseen guidance, but I found strength to hold on. Picking up a book became my way back to the present moment. Slowly, I began to regain control over my fear and anxiety.
Positive Change in Self-Care
College days were filled with headaches, sleepless nights, and nerve pain in my head. But once exams ended, I realized the only thing left was my anxiety and fear. Over time, I learned to manage them. I still have moments of doubt, but they don’t control me anymore. I no longer change my career path every few months. Instead, I remind myself how far I’ve come, and I thank God for keeping me alive and steady. This ongoing journey is another form of Positive Change.
Gratitude and Growth
This journey taught me that trusting myself is the greatest gift. I am happier now, even with imperfections. I am alive, and that is enough.
