Gentle Healing in Headache to Eye Pain
The past few days have been unusual for me. On Friday and Saturday, I had a headache that slowly turned into eye pain. By evening, one of my eyes became red. Even now, it stays red and gives me a mild irritation, almost like a prickling sensation. It feels like my first step into Gentle Healing—learning to listen to my body and give it care.
Gentle Healing in Waiting and Watching
This is the first time I have faced such a problem. Headaches are common, but eye pain with redness is new for me. I know I should not touch my eyes, yet my hand keeps moving near them on its own. I have decided to wait today and see if the redness reduces. If it does not, I will visit a doctor tomorrow. Gentle Healing reminds me that patience is also a form of care, even when the discomfort feels new and unsettling.
Words as Comfort
Writing this update is my way of letting feelings out. Not everyone can talk openly about their health or emotions, but words give comfort. Sharing even small experiences makes the load lighter. Gentle Healing is not only about the body—it is also about the mind. Putting thoughts into words helps me feel calmer and more connected.
