There are many towns and attractions within four to five hours of my home that I still haven’t visited. The reason is simple: I love my peaceful routine. Some people enjoy going out, meeting new friends, and exploring new places. That is not me. My routine gives me comfort, and stepping out of it makes my anxiety rise. I am learning to manage this, but traveling still feels difficult.
Peaceful Routine at Home and Grandma’s Town
Instead of visiting new attractions, I spend time at home or walk around familiar areas on Sundays. I also visit my grandma’s home often. Her town feels like a quiet village, away from the noise of the city. At twilight, it feels magical and calm. This is the kind of peaceful routine I truly enjoy.
My Preference for Peaceful Places
I love places that are calm and quiet. Crowded or noisy places make me uncomfortable. Peaceful surroundings bring me joy and help me feel safe. That is why I choose to stay close to home or visit my grandma’s town rather than explore new attractions. My peaceful routine is not boring—it is my way of finding happiness.
Final Thoughts
Even though there are many places nearby that I haven’t seen, I don’t feel like I am missing out. My happiness comes from simple routines, familiar walks, and peaceful visits to my grandma’s home. Quiet moments matter more to me than busy adventures.
