Today’s topic is: “Who is the most famous or infamous person you have ever met?”
My answer is simple—I haven’t met any. And I don’t want to. I live by something I call Fame Distance—a quiet space between me and the spotlight. I admire from afar, but I never wish to step closer.
Practicing Fame Distance
I don’t dream of meeting celebrities or powerful people. Fame doesn’t impress me. In fact, it makes me want to walk the other way. Fame Distance is my way of staying grounded. It’s how I protect my peace and keep my world soft.
People? No, Thank You
Truth be told, I don’t want to meet anyone. Not famous, not infamous, not even regular folks. I’m not trying to be rude—I just feel better in stillness. Crowds drain me. Small talk feels heavy. I prefer the gentle rhythm of solitude. Fame Distance gives me room to breathe.
My Kind of Company
What I do love is the company of dogs and cats. They don’t care about fame. They just curl up beside you and make the world feel safe. I also love books. Books don’t chase the spotlight. They whisper; They wait. They live in the same quiet space I do.
Peace Over Popularity
Give me peace over popularity any day. I don’t want flashing lights or loud voices. I want soft blankets, slow mornings, and the sound of rain. Fame Distance isn’t about dislike—it’s about choosing comfort, calm, and connection on my own terms.
