Hello everyone,
It’s Monday again — normally, I post something for Mental Health Monday, but today’s blog is going to be a little different. I’m still recovering and feeling tired, so this one is more of a health update.
If you enjoy warm conversations, stories, and friendly chats, you’re always welcome to visit my page — The Cozy Café — where we share thoughts, smiles, and moments from everyday life.
Missing Last Monday
First of all, I’m sorry for missing last Monday’s post. I was busy and couldn’t manage to write anything. I really missed connecting with you all, especially on Mental Health Monday. But today’s health update felt important to share since many of you check in on how I’m doing.
Health Update
After my fever and a medicine allergy, my body still hasn’t completely recovered.
Now my feet are aching, my right knee hurts, and even the fingers on my hand pain a lot. Typing has become difficult, and I get tired easily.
Along with that, I feel weak and experience feverish spells twice a day — once in the morning and again in the evening.
In total, I have been sick for almost one month and two weeks, and this ongoing health update is a reminder that recovery takes time and patience.
Hoping for a Better Month
I’m truly hoping this month brings a positive health update — one filled with strength, energy, and wellness.
I miss writing regularly and can’t wait to get back to sharing my usual stories and thoughts with you all.
A Small Lesson from This Health Update
If there’s one thing I’ve learned from this entire experience, it’s this:
Don’t get wet in the rain!
This whole illness started because I got wet during a downpour. So, please take care of yourself, carry an umbrella, and stay safe when it rains.
Final Thoughts
This health update reminded me how important our well-being is. Without good health, even simple things like writing or walking can feel hard.
I’ve also started focusing on building my immunity for the future. If you’d like to do the same, here’s a useful Healthline article on how to boost immune health with simple, practical tips.
Stay safe, stay happy, and most importantly, stay healthy.
Your health truly matters — without it, nothing feels the same.
I’ll be back soon with more positive updates and stories. Until then, you can relax and catch up with my posts over a virtual cup of coffee at The Cozy Café. ☕🌼
