2–3 minutes
Monday Motivation scene with a cozy work desk featuring a steaming coffee cup, fresh flowers in soft light, and a quote styled with bold and italic text: "Mondays are not the enemy. They are quiet beginnings, waiting for us to rise, reset, and rewrite our story—one small step at a time." Sunlight streams through the window, adding a peaceful glow.

A New Week, A Fresh Start

The weekend has come to an end, and here we are—facing Monday again! The start of a new week, full of work, meetings, tasks… and let’s be honest—hoping the next weekend comes quickly. But hey, it’s also a chance for a little Monday motivation to push us forward. 😄

😴 “Wait… It’s Already Monday?”

Let’s Find Our Monday Motivation

Honestly, I didn’t even realize the weekend was over until I woke up this morning. My brain was still in weekend mode until I looked at the calendar and saw the big word: Monday.

That’s when I remembered—oh right, it’s blog day. A mental health blog is due today. If you’re interested in more like this, check out my mental health blog collection here.

And for a second, I wanted to skip it. But then I thought, maybe what I need—and what you might need too—is a small dose of Monday motivation to get through this first day.

🤔 So, How Was Your Last Week?

Share Your Monday Motivation Story

Let’s do something different today. I want to know how your week was.

  • Did something good happen?
  • Did something not-so-good happen?

Don’t be shy! We all have our ups and downs. Sharing our stories gives us strength—and sometimes even a little Monday motivation to keep going.

Let me go first and share mine:

✅ One Good Thing: A Small Victory

Last week, I finally changed the name of my blog.
Now it truly represents what I’m writing about.
It may seem like a small thing, but it felt so good.
Like I took a step closer to my true voice. 😊

That small action gave me a big boost of Monday motivation for this week.

❌ One Not-So-Good Thing: A Tired Mind

This week, my mind felt like a spinning wheel.
So many thoughts. So many tasks.
I was constantly working inside my head.
By the end of the week, I felt tired—like I was mentally parched.

But even in those moments, we can find strength and maybe a little motivation to pause, breathe, and reset.

💬 Now It’s Your Turn!

Spread Some Monday Motivation in the Comments

Take a moment to think about your past week.

Sometimes, a simple “ôh” says it all. Thank you for being here and sharing this moment with me. 💛
How did the post land with you?

One good thing that happened was I was able to get therapy from a licensed therapist for free at my church! One not so good thing is I still mentally spiraled this week but I was able to get out of it

Thank you so much for sharing this. 🌷 Getting free therapy at your church is such a powerful gift—it’s like the universe wrapped you in a little extra care last week. And the fact that you could name your mental spiral and that you found your way out of it? That’s strength, beautifully quiet and deeply real.
We’re rewriting our stories one small step at a time, just like you did. You’re not alone in this—sending you light and steady courage for the week ahead. 💛
