As noon approaches, my thoughts turn to pav bhaji. This beloved Indian street food features spicy vegetable curry. It’s served with soft bread rolls. The key to a perfect pav bhaji? Lots of butter. Generous dollops of butter melt into the warm bread. This creates a rich, creamy texture that balances the spicy curry. Each bite is a burst of flavors – spicy, savory, and oh-so-buttery.
Evening: Chamomile Tea
After a rich lunch, a calming cup of chamomile tea is perfect. This light, floral tea aids digestion. It also provides a moment of tranquility. Sipping on this soothing beverage is a reminder to relax. It helps me enjoy the simple pleasures in life.
Dinner: Rice with Spicy Tomato Curry and Papad
To end the day, a simple dinner of rice with spicy tomato curry and papad is ideal. The tangy tomato curry adds flavor to the warm rice. Crispy papad provides a delightful crunch. This comforting combination brings warmth and satisfaction with every bite.
