Yes, I trust my instincts. Most of the time, when I meet someone and talk to them, I can feel whether the person is good or bad by the time of our departure.

Trusting your instincts is an essential part of navigating life. Instincts are those subtle feelings or gut reactions you get when encountering a new situation or person. They often act as an inner guide, helping you make decisions that align with your true self.

For example, when I meet someone new, I pay close attention to how they make me feel. Sometimes, within a few minutes of conversation, I start sensing vibes about their character. It’s not always something specific they say or do—it’s more of an overall impression. By the end of our interaction, I usually have a sense of whether this person is trustworthy and kind or if I should be cautious around them.

This ability to read people quickly comes from a combination of past experiences, subconscious observations, and an innate understanding of human behavior. It’s fascinating how our brain picks up on small details, even if we’re not actively aware of them. These details can include body language, tone of voice, and even the energy they give off.

Of course, instincts aren’t infallible. They can be influenced by our emotions, prejudices, or past experiences. However, they are generally reliable and can serve as an additional layer of insight beyond logical reasoning. Over time, as you continue to trust and refine your instincts, they can become a powerful tool for making decisions and assessing situations.

In my experience, trusting my instincts has often led me to build meaningful relationships and avoid potential pitfalls. By listening to that inner voice, I find myself more in tune with my surroundings and better prepared to navigate life’s complexities.

So, do you trust your instincts? I certainly do, and they have guided me well more often than not.
