Hello Readers,
As promised, I am finally able to write today. The fever is gone, but my body is still itching and I feel weak. From Sunday till now, many things have happened in my life, and I am just glad that I am slowly coming out of the dark clouds. This blog is also a reminder about the importance of self care—something we all need when life feels heavy. I hope by next week, everything will return to its normal, safe rhythm.
A Gentle Self Care Reminder 🌸
This blog is just a small reminder for you: please take good care of yourself and give your body proper rest. Self care is not a luxury—it is a need. Your health should always come first.
Simple Weekend Self Care Plans 🏞️📖
This weekend, plan something gentle and joyful as part of your self care. Maybe go for a small nature walk or a camping trip, or just sit at home with your favorite book.
You could cook something you love, watch a cozy movie, or simply do whatever makes you happy and gives you a reason to look forward to the next day.
After all, that’s why we work hard—so that we can live happily and peacefully.
The Joy of Animals 🐾
Animal lovers will surely agree with me here—spending time with them is one of the best forms of self care. Their love and warmth remind us that joy can be found in the simplest things.
My Hope for Next Week 🌈
I hope by next week, I will also be able to go somewhere nice and find my own little slice of happiness. This week, it’s just not possible, but I am hopeful. Until then, I will continue my own self care at home and take things slowly.
Join Me at The Cozy Café ☕
Before I end, I would also love to invite you to join my new page—The Cozy Café. It’s a small space where we can talk about anything, ask funny questions, share jokes, and simply enjoy conversations. The only rule is simple: be kind.
Take care of yourself, and remember—self care is not in big things, but in the little joys we create for ourselves. 💛
